Interesting news broke at the end of last week when former DNC Chair Donna Brazile revealed that former Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton had rigged the Democratic primary process in her favor. While this story seems to be based on solely Brazile's written account and may not be the absolute truth, it brings to light the issue of honesty in politics and daily life. We all will face choices in life that will tempt us with fame, power, or money. What we will be judged by when we meet God will be our decisions on those important crossroads. Did we choose the Godly path or the selfish path? In 2 Corinthians, it says "For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of man." These choices are not easy, and that is why God makes Himself available to us through his Word in the Bible and prayer. Today, reflect upon the biggest decisions you have made in life, but this time, from a Godly perspective. While we cannot change the past, we can learn so that we are prepared to make better choices in the future.
