With The Trump Administration in Hanoi, Vietnam meeting with the leadership of North Korea, the talking heads of cable news are all speculating as to what will happen as a result of this summit as well as the overall strategy of how to denuclearize North Korea. Such speculation has led to many people, from all political beliefs, to jump to conclusions. When we jump to conclusions we not only are ignoring new information, we are also closing ourselves off from the possibilities and opportunities that could come our way if we only remained open minded. How many of us have missed out on a unique relationship, business opportunity, or blessing because we decided prematurely against it? The Bible tells us, “Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools.” Do not jump to conclusions in life. God has so much more for you than the immediate. Today, if you feel you have prejudged something in your life, reconsider it from a Godly perspective and ask God what good can come from all you have previously blocked out.

“Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools.” – Ecclesiastes 7:9 NIV
