We live in a world where not everyone can succeed and life is not always perfect. Because of that, failure is inevitable at times for each of us. But God did not create failure as a permanent label for us or cause us to live fearfully because of it. God created failure as means to draw us closer to Him. Paul wrote, “But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” Our weaknesses cause our failures, but in Jesus, our weaknesses are made strong. When we live life dependent upon Jesus, our failures only make us stronger. Today, if you are struggling in failure or weaknesses, lean them upon Jesus and allow Him to make you stronger.

For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” – 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 ESV
