We cannot see what is coming in the next weeks, months, and even years as a result of this pandemic. However, that is not a reason for fear. That is not even a change from what we have always had – none of us could ever see the future. Challenges have always confronted us when we least expected them in life. What actually happens in our lives is almost never what we planned to happen. Just because this challenge is being felt by everyone does not mean it is somehow different to God or, more importantly, beyond His reach. The Bible says, “For we live by faith, not by sight.” We’ve always known this and believed this; all this pandemic is doing is blurring what we perceived to be our future. Since we cannot even speculate as to what the future will hold right now, we must hold tighter to God’s promises. He is good and will use this to His glory. Today, know in your heart that tomorrow’s blessings come from today’s faith.

“For we live by faith, not by sight.” – 2 Corinthians 5:7 NIV
