The wildfires in California are bringing devastation to countless lives. Even those whose lives have been spared have seen their livelihoods taken away by these fires. While politics can debate what the causes are and what solutions are best, what can make an immediate difference is fervent prayer for those affected. The Bible says, “The is what the Lord, the God of your father David, says: 'I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will heal you.'”

Lift up your concerns to the Lord and He will bring healing. Today, pray for those in the path of the wildfires and those fighting them; lift up your own concerns to the Lord as well and believe that He will bring healing.
