Communication comes in many forms, both the words we speak as well as the emotions we show with our body language. With both, we can either love and bless or hate and scorn others. When we do not communicate in a Godly way, we don’t just hurt the others we communicate with, we hurt ourselves, too. Psalms says, “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.” We either hold ourselves back from or catapult ourselves towards our God-given potential by the way we communicate with others. Today, consider how you are communicating with others and how that is affecting your relationships.

“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.” – Psalm 19:14 ESV
