While some are happy and some are not in the aftermath of the 2019 elections, something we can all cling to is that no matter who is elected, God is still in control. Thus, it is better to live prayerfully than politically. When we surround ourselves in a cloud of politics and news, we are blinded to what God truly has in store for our lives. When we live prayerfully, seeking God in all we do and speaking to Him each and every day, not only are our purposes revealed but our lives become better. The Bible says, “Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always.” Life lived prayerfully is life lived well. Today, clear your head of the political races and live prayerfully to the One who is truly in control.
