President Trump’s decision to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement has dominated the headlines since yesterday afternoon. Since the announcement, there have been many on both sides of the political sphere that have spoken in extremes about how either this decision will ruin the future of the planet, or will cause our planet to prosper like never before. Both of these viewpoints are shortsighted, as they can only speculate on what plans God has for us, and seldom are news pundits correct in the long-term.

Our God keeps his promises. In addition, one of the most amazing characteristics of our God is that even when all seems lost or our fate sealed, He can bestow peace through His grace that can lift even the heaviest burden from our lives. To receive that peace, all we must do is lift up the name of Jesus in praise, regardless of our current situation. Today, praise Jesus for his incredible love and grace.
