So much happens everyday, and because of 24 hour news channels and other media forms at our fingertips, we hear about so much more than we ever used to. With so much both before our eyes and weighing on our minds, we can easily forget the promises of God. God is faithful, He is just, He cares for His people, and He will fight for us when we need Him. One famous person from the Bible who exemplified these promises was Daniel. Even when he was thrown into the lion’s den, he was not hurt because, even though his eyes and his mind were without a doubt stricken with panic and fear, he remembered to trust God and have faith. Today, if you are facing a trial or struggle, trust the fact and the promise that God is good and cares for you.
