Our vision gets blurry closer we are to something. When we live too close to politics or what is debated in the news, the only possible outcome is our priorities and perspective becoming warped. Colossians tells us, “Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.“ The closer we are to Jesus, the smaller the problems of the world seem to be. If you are going through life and feel your priorities are not what they should be, take a few steps back from the world and get closer to Jesus.
